As predicted, I am having trouble GSD with a job
How do people do it? I have forgotten. All I want to do when I am not at work is sleep... Well, that's not true, I want to GSD, to go to the gym, to clean and make my home more lovely, but all I *can* do is sleep. I need to figure this balance back out. It can't be that hard, I did it before, but I think maybe I did not sleep then. All I can do now is sleep. I wonder why?
At least I am well rested...

Death Valley Trip
Pics are now up through today from our Death Valley Trip! I even managed to get dressed up in my Steampunk duds for a little photo shoot (more of those images to come when Chris unloads his camera - this is just a test shot done with my PowerShot). Anyway, more pics from the journey so far up here.
This is waaaay too good not to share. A very unique and exotic dish to enhance the mood for Valentine's Day anyone? ;)

It was a small one, and it was paid off, really, by Chris, but it is at least one less thing to think about. Tonight I will also get to pay off the last $1400 of my fire debt so I can stop living that misery over and over every month. (I still think it's inhumane to blame me for the fire when I was not even in the country, much less make me pay for it when that is indeed what the insurance the building had on it was for.)
We had a great time in Tahoe this weekend - It snowed, but we all went skiing anyway (except Chris, who stayed home and enjoyed the quiet without risking is other ankle). If you'd like to see pictures of our adventures, there's some up at Flickr [check 'em out].
We did a lot of trip planning in the last 2 weeks!
